"After years of being a state farm customer with my car insurance, of course I wanted to employ state farm for my first time home buying insurance experience. The unfortunate fact that my basement flooded after 6 months of living in the home and then to have them cut my coverage now because of the basement flooding, which was simply out of my control is absolutely disgusting. Almost everyone in my family has policies that cover millions of dollars worth of property, homes, and vehicles, and have for MY ENTIRE LIFE 36 years. This is how they treat their customers and their family of customers. Despicable."
